My Own Personal Media Center!

Well, I accomplished one of my dreams! I wanted to turn a computer into my own personal media center and by golly I did it! I turned my Dual Xeon 1.7 Ghz machine into my own Linux Media Center, so it can play a good majority of my DVDs without me fubbling with the case to insert the disc into the DVD player.

Instead, I made ISOs of each DVD, stored them in their own directories and at any time I choose, I can mount one and begin playing it by running a few short commands. To learn how you can make your own Media Center, visit this page.
